    Need some ideas for nice steep climbs to carry bike up in practise for impending maiden 3 peaks disaster. Riding from Sale to Sheffield at some point over weekend mostly on road but if anyone has any suggestions for a few ideal hill reps en route I would be pleased to hear them.

    Head to Yorkshire bridge and go up parkin clough to the summit of win hill. 300m in 1km! Not actually a bridleway but you won’t be riding your bike!

    There’s lots round Hayfield Edale Hope, but all the proper steep stuff (similar to Simon Fell) don’t have legal ways up or back down, so maybe not the best idea at the weekend.
