I’m looking to buy a second hand hybrid for a mate and wondered if there were any bike shops in London (central) that had a selection?
Would prefer something recent-ish by one of the major brands rather than an 80s road bike fished out of the canal, if possible.

Wanted ad on here,Bike radar or LFGSS forum would be worth a go.
I seem to recall there is a shop near Mornington Crescent tube whose name escapes me that has secondhand bikes too.

Bet there are loads of unused hybrids on ebay too.Do a search based on location and look for collection only.I`ve got some great deals on kids bikes that way.

Carrera Subway is a good commuter/hybrid for not much.

I’ve been trawling eBay for a month and stuff on there goes for more than it’s worth, I reckon – buying at the peak of cycle fever unfortunately. I’ve been unlucky on a couple of auctions where I’ve missed out by a fiver which is galling.
