X King 2. First 2 rides, had 3 punctures, which initially coloured my judgement. Been OK since, so perhaps I was just unlucky. Bit tight on the rims (Mavic M319, steel beads) but seem like a pretty good all-rounder.

Maxxis Ikon 2.2’s are really great.

I’ve been running the 3C EXO version for over 12 months with no issues.

They ride nice and light and I haven’t had any grip problems.

They haven’t punctured and the sidewalls have been strong (touch wood)

Bonty 29-3’s for winter, and 29-2’s for summer. Job done.

No sharp pointy stones: Rocket Ron front, Racing Ralph rear

Yes sharp pointy stones: MKii ProTection front, X-King ProTection rear

All tubeless. Sidewalls on the contis seem better.

WTB Bronson Race on my Salsa at the moment (tubeless on Crests).

+ great tyres, fast rolling even at low pressures, grippy, stable, predictable, light, really can’t fault them in use. Done 325miles so far since the start of April and haven’t been tempted to change them.

    – has spontaneously blown off the rim (stans crest) once when inflated to 45psi just riding along (commuting). They’re fine at 30psi though despite the warning on the WTB site not to run them (non tubeless version) tubeless (something to do with the sidewalls)
    – the tubeless version isn’t compatible with stans rims (info form the stans site).

Whether the last two points bother you is personal preference/risk aversion, but they’ve been OK for me.
