Dropped my Yari with two tokens from 140mm to 120mm. Took one the token out as my 57kg daughter rides it as well (it’s her bike, I just steal it on occasion). With 65psi it works fantastically for her on the easier trails we ride together.

For me, it needs nearly 100 PSI (79kg+kit) and still launches through it’s travel under braking, bigger hits. Adding 3 or 4 clicks of LSC helps but then it’s pretty stuttery on smaller bumps.

I know the solution might be ‘posh adaptor thing on the air side’ but I’m wondering if there’s anything before that. For the record it felt pretty harsh for me with two tokens in once I’d dropped the travel. At 140mm it was great in that config.

Surely you need to add tokens as you reduce the travel to maintain the same ramp-up? (And stop it blowing through its travel with you aboard) It may be asking too much for one set-up to cover <60kg to >80kg riders.
