  • 11 speed Miche road cassette not fitting…

    Miche Primato Light 11 speed 12-30 cassette I’m fitting to the wife’s bike for a mountainous holiday, took of 105 11-28 cassette and put on Miche cassette but it’s too wide. Last cog just spins and doesn’t engage splines, eyeballing it it’s wider than the 105 cassette but it’s supposed to be Shimano compatible. Anyone think of any obvious solutions? Tried it on three separate wheels.

    The old cassette is 10 speed and the spacer is still on the freehub?

    11 speed 105 5800 cassette and no spacer on hub.

    Very good response from Tredz who called Chicken and apparently as you torque it up the spacers compress slightly, good to know but wish Miche indicated this somewhere.
