Specifically O.S: Surveyors were tasked not to map or inquire into the status of Public Rights of Way (an ever evolving idea). So in short yes? ... but maybe get a flak jacket! :wink:

<p>I&#39;ve no interest in chancing it as I know of the landowner, and he really didn&#39;t ought to have a firearms certificate.
