it was the garage a couple of years ago but it was freezing in the winter, lucky enough to have a spare room now we've had an extension built.
@ton still using your 25kg plates ;-)

I quite like the 10k plates as it allows nice warmup progression for squats and deadlifts. Start with an empty bar for a couple of sets, then throw 10 on each end for a set until you reach you work sets. Using 20's and 25's is a lot more faff, and if I was starting again I would just but 10's and not bother with anything bigger.

I WAS going to make my own, but at £76 inc VAT for the 18mm sheet of birch ply, and only £80 posted for the CNC cut box and screws, I opted for the easy option!

It's actually really lovely working out in the garden..

Currently nearing the end of my 30 day, 500 rep challenge:
100 pulls, 100 push ups, 100 squats, 200 sit ups. (split into 10 sets of 10 10 10 20)

Prob going to reduce that to 3/week, but adding in weight (I've a 5kg weighted vest for running, which will be good for these exercises too).

I'm finding that doing the set every day (well, a few rest days in teh 30 so far) does tire me out, and probably having a break in between will lead to better recovery and gains overall. But, I found that after day 20 I could do the pull ups all without use of the elastic resistance/support band...

I play the game of 100 club - when I break for lunch I have to complete 100 reps of one thing before eating.

kettle bell swings with a 20kg sack of rice.
Press ups.
100s of handstand holds.
The hardest is 100 pull/chin ups. My final sets are down to 3 and it takes me forever because i eat too much so I weight a metric tonne.

Evening telly is more interesting with a few stretches.

I do miss the gym/squats/deadlifts with weight.
