Aldi Bilash sauce/spice mix, throughly recommended to me by a friends whose a great cook, she say you just can't beat this sause/spice mix (& having tried one I can believe her.

Look at Anjum Anand. It's Indian food made from proper ingredients but made simple for White people. It works very well for us.

Go to the supermarket and buy a jar of massaman curry paste, a couple of tins of coconut milk, some spuds, some beef, some spinach and some jasmine rice. Cook it all. Enjoy.
