If people want animals buy a house with its own dog toilet, If in doubt ban animals.

I doubt he will win as he will need the explicit support from the board.

I believe our lease has a clause stating management company (shared freehold) has final say, which in our case would inevitably mean no.

Something to do with need the permission of the residents committee to have a pet.
