Both mine and the other half. Used to be fine but not a chance now - have to resort to the booking office at the station which adds hassle and cost to everyone. My bank didn't even have a record of the card being declined which suggests to me that either the train company websites have a problem or more likely our address is the issue.

Any ideas, similar problems?
