There's a tiny metal clip which holds the lever in place (a few mils wide), don't lose it!

A tiny smear of driveshaft moly grease on the clutch barrel and grease the housing seal to help stop water getting in. If the adjustment band bolt has been undoing itself (the clutch loses resistance over time) put a tiny bit of blue Loctite on it's thread.]]></content:encoded>
