Thinking about it, the only way to remove the cups is to take out the non-drive side bearing anyway.

The time has come to replace the bearings in a hope PF41. Can I do this with the cups in the frame, or does everything need to come out? Any top tips? I don't imagine there's much magic, but there seems to be good info from hope on fitting the BB, just not much on removal / replacement.
