Thinking about getting a bit of 1st aid knowledge, but not done anything since my Scouts badge.
Can anyone recommend a decent (preferably free) first aid course or point me in the right direction to find one.

you can maybe get the full first aid at work course (4 day) through your employer?

Our company do offer them but only to site based operatives. I'm half and half unfortunatly.
The St Johns "activity first aid" looks good but its £71 and I'm skint.
