Then I bought an American Classic cassette , barely used. Shimano splines, Campag spacing. Bugger all difference but I feel smug that i have solved an non existant problem.<br />

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was looking to make the same conversion (Campag shifters/rear mech but shimano cassette). For £30 from SJS you can get the JTek shiftmate which is a little pulley that hangs off the back of the mech and converts the cable pull for you. It has the added advantage of reducing friction in the cable outer by removing the 90deg bend before the mech.</p>
<p>Doesn't look great but will serve the purpose until I wear the cheap OEM wheels out and buy soem proper campag ones.
