I was wondering whether the Camelbak flowmeter gadget had any kind of audible reminder on it to prompt you to drink. It says it can be programmed to the individual's required drinking rate, but doesn't say whether that is just a visible indication.

I really struggle to remember to drink enough whilst riding, this is usually the limiting factor on anything more than an hours ride.
