dragged the BMX for the first ride of the year. It was brilliant - sun - dry trails* and a beer, but the brake is rubbish.
It's a tektro V-brake & lever. Lever is RH upside down on the left - will this make a difference?
I'm thinking new lever (avid fr-5?) new cable and pads should sort it. I could also do with a short lever as it is too close to the grips as is & can't move in any more.
*Soton bike park is running great after the drainage work
