I have a few 140 rotors, not sure any are CL, but as you used my picture I will check tomorrow 😉

OK, had a right good search through the numerous boxes (must have a sort out) & whilst there are a few 140 rotors, not one of the little beggars had the decency to be centre lock……sorry.
Let me know if you find an adapter, I can assist then.
