Specialized SWAT Conceal multi-tool for your steerer tube.  It sits inside your steerer, you slide the cap off and the multi-tool pops up on a spring.  You will need to remove your star nut  and use this gadget to pre-load your stem and headset.  No special tools are needed and it takes minutes to fit.

The tool includes the normal hex keys and torque keys but no chain tool.  There is also a magnetic clip for a magic chain link.

It is a nice little gadget but I like to fit my Garmin on my headset cap and its not compatible.  I removed before using the tool.

** The length of your steerer from very bottom (from the base of the crown NOT top of crown) to the top of the steerer will need to be 225mm or longer **
