Santa Cruz Nomad CC – 2016 Large

27.5″ wheels, 160mm front and rear travel

Owned since new, built as a dream enduro machine with custom chosen quality parts that do the job and some bling. Selling to make way for a shorter travel trail bike to make better use of local riding for an older guy.

Invisiframe since new and then custom vinyl decals fitted for frame, fork and shock. The custom decals have now been removed leaving a great condition original paint job, invisiframe still in place.

Seen very little use in the last 3 years due to covid, work and family commitments. New enduro seal frame and hub bearings fitted and front and rear suspension serviced by TF Tuned.

Quality suspension:
Marzocchi 350 NCR forks 160mm. These have always been buttery smooth and came back with glowing feedback from TF.
Cane Creek DBAir with climb switch. Had the extra volume can fitted to work better with the Nomad kinematics. Super adjustable and a quality unit.

Great rolling stock:
Hope pro4 hubs on Easton Arc 30 aluminium rims with DT spokes. Hand built by Wheelworks of Wellington, NZ and a super solid build. Encased in big WTB rubber which has loads of grip (and life left in a relatively unused set of tyres)

No nonsense drivetrain and brakes:
11 speed SLX drivetrain with an XT shifter and XT cassette. Shifts well and looks smart. OneUp chain guide for piece of mind.
SLX brakes – no fuss, no issues.
Uberbike floating rotors – 205mm
