This has not been used for around 5 years so is sold as definitely needing a service! Apart from that, the stanchions are spotless. Few marks on the outer legs. Steerer is 200mm.

Does it have an axle? Are the seals cracked?
Sorry, yes axle included though its a bit chewed where the handle engages, but its perfectly useable. No cracks on seals but one side does look a bit oily. Can send more detailed photos if you want.
Can it be lowered? I don’t know if the sag markers indicate if it can be lowered to 120mm?
