Selling this fantastic hardcore hardtail steel frame. Built from 4130 steel it’s long, low and slack and has taken eveything I’ve thrown at from days out at the Golfie and Inners, bagging a few Munros and the occasional Enduro race. It has the battle scars to show. This builds up into a beast of a bike. I’ve run it with a 27.5+ set-up and a 160mm Pike fork (that is also for sale) but can also be built up in 29er guise with 140mm to 160mm forks up front.

If you’re not familar with Nordest Cycles they hail from Portugal and the frames are designed by Pedro Jerónimo. Pedro handbuilds his titanium Bardino frames but the steel ones are manufactured in Taiwan. I bought and built this frame up at the end of 2018 so it’s had a couple of years use. Unfortunately due to Brexit and all of the customs issues Nordest are no longer shipping their frames or bikes to the UK so this frame will continue to be a rare sight on the trails. People always ask about it.

If you’re looking for a quailty steel framed hardcore hardtail (long, low & slack) then look no further. Perfect for a winter build too.  The frame is boost, has a threaded BB shell, external cable routing and takes a 31.6 internally routed dropper. AMS frame protection has been applied to some areas of the frame but not everywhere. This frame has been on a lot of adventures so please do not expect perfect paintwork (see pics).

Happy to post at buyers expense or can be collected from Falkirk. Any questions just ask :)

A couple of the original reviews that convinced me this frame was a worthy investment:
