I’ve assembled a 12 sp drivetrain for my gravel bike but have changed my mind and will stick to 11sp, so before returning it I thought I’d see if anyone wants it:

Rival AXS 1x hydraulic flat mount (£370), x01 cassette 10-50 (£290), GX AXS Eagle derailleur 10-52 (£290), battery & charger (£80), GX Eagle chain (£29).

I am looking for what I paid for it, I’ve added the individual prices I paid, £1059.  No chainset or rotors are included, and all items are boxed with receipts.
