Mavic XA Elite weheelset in black and green, 27.5″ non-boost with Shimano Freehub (So not for Sram XD cassettes.)
24 straight pull bladed spokes, ITS-4 system, UST tubeless ready. Claimed weight from Mavic website is front 780g, rear 915g, pair 1695g but I haven’t taken tyres & tubes off to check. 6-bolt hubs, I can include a set of rotors and bolts, 160/180, barely used if desired. Includes front adaptors for both QR (with skewer,) and 15mm, rear adaptors for 135 (with skewer,) and 142, tubeless valves, 2 bottles of tubeless sealant, Mavic Quest Pro tyres in 2.4″.
Although these are non-boost, looking at the tech specs on the Mavic website, it does look like they can be converted to boost with front adaptor V2371300 and rear adaptor V2371400 but they are not available to order from the Mavic Website. Thus, I can’t guarantee that they would be convertible nor that you can get the correct adaptors should they be so.
These have done around 30 miles all in as the build they were for never happened (common theme,) then put them on another bike which has been split and sold. As such, wheels are in excellent condition. There are a few small chips to the green paint on the hubs and very slight marking to the freehub.
The Quest Pro tyres still have all the nobbly bits on but the do have small cracks appearing on the side walls. They’ve been stored with everything else bike related and this has not happened to any of the other tyres. Currently run with tubes so would probably keep it that way with these tyres.
£150 collected from Worcester/Malvern. I don’t have a box suitable for posting so collection only at this point. If anyone would be interested with postage at cost, I’ll endeavour to source something suitable from my LBS. Not interested in splitting. More photos available on request – best via Whatsapp 0/7.7@2#5)0,23^6&7£1 – ONLY for pic requests please, not for offers etc.
Only selling as 1 bike is boost and the other is Sram XD (and red/black so a definite no go with green.)
