Majority of the bike is for sale except for the shifters, the crank arms/spider, the cassette, seat and the chainring. It’s a size small, but I’ve always found it to be a little too big for me (I’m 5′ 5″ and a weird shape), this is the only reason I’m selling. I have stolen parts from it to build a very similar but smaller bike.

Frame & fork – £325.

Genesis bars and stem – £10

Tiagra 4700 rear 10 speed mech (this is the long cage version I think) – £10

Tiagra 4700 front 2×10 mech(light use it was set up 1x quite early on) – £15

The frame will come with:

Frame is old style quick release not bolt through,
Includes the stock BB (Shimano Hollowtech2 68mm arrangement),
the stock headset,
the stock genesis seatpost, and,

The frame is in reasonable condition but has several paint chips, I’ve tried to capture this in the pictures, but if it’s a sticking point for you maybe come and see the frame. If you buy the frame, I’ll also chuck in the bars and stem (if you like).

Brakes: I’ve modded the brakes by cutting a notch into the actuation arm to allow a shorter, firmer lever throw – this makes a significant difference to stopping power and bite point and greatly improves the brakes. If the notch thing worries you, you can obtain new actuation arms directly from TRP for a tenner each plus postage, alternatively companies sell specific short pull lever conversion kits you can find online which do the same thing but less ghetto.

The stock wheelset (Jalco/Genesis bikes ) 700c hoops. Including 2 month old Panaracer Gravel king SK tyres (44mm); the tyres are almost flawless. Set up tubeless with Stans no-tubes and have a reasonable amount of sealant still in them.

POSTAGE – I will arrange postage at the buyers expense I imagine it’ll be about £30 for parcelforce 48 hr.  However I work on site a bit so you might need to wait a week for postage.
