Free reverb – currently stuck down

I’ve no idea what’s wrong with it – had left my bike in the car on a frosty night a few years ago, took it out and the post was stuck down. Took it to a bike shop who reckoned it just needed a service but then I heard the price to service a reverb and decided to buy a brand x dropper instead

I then cut the hose like a brute to get it off the bike cause I thought it was destined for the bin and I couldn’t find the right size spanner

any use to a budding mechanic that’s happy servicing at home?

31.6mm post dia, 170mm drop and the push button style lever that I had mounted under the bar on the left hand side
