I have a Park Tools PRS-21 Stand

It is however being sold as ‘faulty’. It was used both for maintenance and as a post race wash stand. The central post is now ‘locked’ in position both in terms of height (pretty low) and rotation. It does however work, you can mount a bike on it to work on or wash down. £75 collected from Bristol

    Hello , other than the central (black) post being seized / stuck…do the other moving parts work ok?…
    (e.g)
    1. the tripod legs?
    2. the blue front wheel QR unit?
    3. the BB support arm (am not familiar with the design , but looks this is removable?)

    1. Legs all work fine
    2. The QR works fine and slides along the rail perfectly, so accomodates front and rear fork fixing
    3. The BB support is pretty much fixed in position by design, it allows you to run/reach cables run beneath the BB
