Selling the wheels that came on my Mukluk originally.
Using the Salsa hubs, by Formula, they are 135mm QR front (FDS) and 170mm QR rear with 6 bolt mounts and a Shimano freehub .
80mm Surly Rolling Darryl rims for that bombproof ride and complete with Surly toobs and Surly Nate 26×3.8 tyres (27tpi, so again pretty tough) with plenty of life left in them. Also included are the original Salsa QRs.
Lightweight, these are not; but they’re a reliable and tough wheelset that will suit the older fat bike standards (older Mukluks, One-One fatties etc.)
Wheels are located in the Peak District, Hope Valley near Bakewell, or will post at cost…
Selling as a set only, sorry I won’t split.
