Cyclo Torque Wrench

I don’t think this is working properly in that the settings are wrong. I have purchased a new one as not worth me calibrating but happy to pass it on to anyone for the price of postage that thinks they could fix/calibrate as it seems a shame to just dump it in the bin.

I expect postage can be sorted for about £4 hence price.
