I’ve a load of stuff to clearout, much from splitting my Pipedream Alice. More pictures here:

First, the Alice frameset: brilliant allrounder that can be built into anything from a fast gravel bike to a tough bikepacking rig or light XC 29er
Owned from new by me since 2020, ridden only intermittently, in excellent condition: paintwork nearly unmarked aside from some residue from protective tape, and of course no dents or other structural damage. The chainstay protector tape is dirty around the edges but still does it’s job
Size large, so good for people over 6″, but worked perfectly for my 5’10” self with a 50mm stem, as the standover is generous (520mm seat tube)
> Clearance for 29 x 2.3-2.4″ tyres
> Headtube is 44mm, accepts tapered forks with an external lower cup
> 142mm x 12mm sliding dropouts making a single speed build feasible; it’s also belt-drive compatible
> 30.9mm seat tube opens up the dropper options
I’ve two different forks for it:
1) Trek 920 bikepacking forks, 15mm x 100mm, clearance for a 29 x 2.6″, perhaps a 2.8″ tyre

2) Soma MCX carbon, 406mm long, 15mm x 100mm, 740g weight, flat mount, straight steerer, and lots of mounts, barely used

Also includes the headset (Hope bottom, Nukeproof top), seatclamp, full length mudguards, 50mm Pro FRS stem, and Ritchey Beacon bars that are brilliant: super-small reach and drop even for a dirt drop bar
Looking for £430 posted with the Trek 920 forks, or £550 posted with the Soma carbon forks
I’ll also sell the forks alone: £80 posted for the Trek forks, £185 posted for the Soma
KS Dropzone 125mm dropper, 30.9mm, non-remote
It’s been sat around for a while but hasn’t had much use. It feels smooth and I can’t feel any sag or play in it

Looking for £75 posted for it
Thomson Elite inline post, 30.9mm diameter
Good condition: only minor insertion marks, the bolt heads and threads are all good, there’s a little corrosion on the top of the nut-things but that’s all
Cut down to be 26cm from the rails to the base, 208g at this length
Looking for £35 posted
Wolf Tooth Oval Chainring, 38t, Easton/Raceface Cinch direct mount
Brand new, like this
Damn expensive, so looking for £35 posted
Schwalbe G-One Allround, 29 x 2.25″
Just the one of these, it’s done a couple of hundred miles and is in excellent condition, just has a little tubeless residue
Fast rolling and tough, the newest Superground model, so has bead-to-bead puncture protection and a chafer to protect the bead from snakebites
