This is a top of the range Canyon womens racing hardtail MTB that I bought for my wife at the end of 2017.  It is a 27.5″ wheelsize and the frame is an Extra Small – for reference my wife is 5ft 2″. Over the 4.5 years its only done very light mileage of 1,650 genuine miles (I know this because I record all our rides on Strava) of mainly gravel track and bridleway riding.

The total cost of the bike new was £4,700 and includes the following awesome spec:
  • top end carbon Exceed CF SLX 9.0 carbon frame in black matt with some gloss details and purple decals
  • Rockshox SID light tune suspension fork
  • SRAM Eagle XO1 12 speed
  • DT Swiss XCR 1200 27.5″ carbon wheels
  • SRAM Level Ultimate disk brakes (just had bleed done by my local bike shop)
  • Fabric carbon saddle
  • C-Bear ceramic bottom bracket
  • Arundle Mandible carbon bottle cage
  • Canyon carbon seatpost and handlebar
This really is a stunning bike that in this extra small size is very lightweight for an MTB meaning it just flies on the flats and climbs superbly.  Its set up tubeless with Maxxis Ikon tyres front and rear, both of which are only lightly worn and have plenty of wear left.
As you can see from the photos, this is an overall excellent condition bike and it has been routinely services by local professional bike shop mechanic.  It has only ever been used by my wife and has never been raced or crashed/impacted.  There are small signs of normal wear but I couldn’t find any chips or scratches when cleaning ready for photos.
For sale as we will be focusing on our road riding over the next few seasons so sadly need to create some garage space!
This is my first advert on Singletrack but I also currently have this bike listed on eBay and if you look you’ll see I have excellent buyer feedback for all of the items I’ve sold recently.
I have listed this as a collection only item from Market Harborough, Leicestershire, because of its size/shape but also because of the value. I would be happy to provide proof of ownership receipts on collection if required.
Any questions please feel free to ask.
