Camelbak KUDU 12 backpack with removable spine board.
Used for a few years of alpine trips, I tend to use a much smaller bag or hip bag for local trails.
BLADDER NOT INCLUDED
Rear compartment (next to your back) – spine board in separate pocket, and water bladder (not included), with routing over the shoulder for hose.
Main compartment – with small internal pockets and dividers, see photos. 4 compression straps to tighten down.
Fleece lined phone pocket
Open pouch – can carry a trail or DH helmet (see photos) or coat, etcetera.
Buckle straps at base for pads, wet coat, or any extra load.
Removable elasticated rain/mud cover with separate storage compartment.
Pockets in hip belt for tools or snacks accessible without removing bag.
(Note this is the original NOT the new model, with this bag you cannot wear the spine board on its own without the bag for downhill)
Collection from Swinley Forest, Bracknell, or post at buyers expense – As you can’t fold the spine board I think this will be a ‘medium’ parcel with Royal Mail.
