Banshee prime 2017 V2. Large, Black Ano. I will split if I get enough interest.
Used predominantly in the dry and has become my second bike as my hardtail addiction worsens. I’m selling it to raise funds to get a Ti hardtail.
It’s been used properly and maintained properly. See pictures for condition. I’m happy to get more if theres anything that you want a better look at. I have pretty accurate records for bearings and such because I keep a schedule.
I’m open to discussion on the price, because there’s not many around. I found a couple of spitfires and runes on ebay, but they’re V1’s with more old school geo. This is a decent riding spec that is well maintained, so I’m think about £1750 without P&P.
I’m in North Somerset and can travel a bit if required.

- Frame Banshee Prime 2017 V2 Large, black ano. All bearing pivots replaced with Enduro max May 2020. DT wiss RWS Rear thru axle 12x148mm. SPare mech hanger (taped on frame)
- Works components -1⁰ Headset.
- Wheels – Pro4 Fr & RR on DT swiss Supercomps and light bike 30mm internal width carbon rims. The rims are 5 years old and have a patina of use from rocks, but are sound. Both hubs are on original bearings because its not seen loads of wet weather.
- Tyres: Front – Nearly new DHR2 2.4WT 3c Maxx terra. part worn, 8/10 Rear DHR2 2.4 WT Dual with Rimpact insert. Fresh Magic milk sealant in both so should be good for 6 months without topping up.
- RS lyric RCT3 C1 150mm with FAST piston conversion MY2016, but sat on a shelf until they went in this build in August 2017. 100mm axle spacing. Serviced June 2020. I can put a B1 160mm airshaft in if preferred. It’s a bit on a monster with that in.
- Fox DPX2. Air can service just done. Damper is fine, last serviced June 2018. Bushes sound.
- Zee brakes fr 200mm, rr180mm. Uber bike e matrix pads, which I’ve found to be decent. Fully bled May 2020.
- Spank Spike vibrocore 800mm bars and deathgrips.
- Brand X ascend XL 170mm dropper and Wolftooth remote. Cleaned and re-greased June 2020. Some rotational play but not enough to warrant replacement of keys (IMO). Cartridge does lose a bit of air over a couple of months. Spoon saddle.
- SRAM GX transmission throughout. 30T chainring on 170mm cranks. DUB BB was replaced March 2020. Current chain is a touch over 0.5 and running fine.
