You have three parts here: A Superstar 9mm through axle with QR closure (same diameter as QR fork drop outs), plus two universal adaptors to reduce a 15mm through axle hub down to 9mm.

I used this to run Mavic Crossmaxes on my older Specialised Epic, which had a fork with quick release dropouts. Much stiffer than the original quick release, but I’ve now sold the bike, so this is surplus to requirements.
