Collection from Swanmore, Hampshire or can arrange to meet. I ride mostly between Winchester and QECP/Rogate. I can also get it to Norfolk quite easily.

£4,000 as described below, or for £4,800 I can fit the brand new X01 groupset from my new bike, so you’ll get new drivetrain and brakes!

Bought in July 2020, this Nomad has had an easy life as we’ve lived through so much lockdown! It’s only been to Wales once but has served me well for local riding. Nomads are extremely versatile (this is my third) and I use them for everything from XC to Enduro.

Sold as pictured except I’ll be switching the Hope brakes and rotors for the brand new Sram Code RSC brakes and the Avid 200mm Centreline rotors over from my new bike, so you’ll be getting a fresh brake setup. I’ll also remove the light bracket that’s currently on the stem.

Full specification below and shown in the last photo:

Frame Carbon CC Nomad Medium Wrapped with Invisiframe from new so in great condition
Fork Performance Elite Series 36 FLOAT 170 GRIP2 Also wrapped with Invisiframe from new and no marks on stanchions
Shock RockShox Super Deluxe Select Ultimate Well hidden away in the Nomad frame so great condition

I removed the original SRAM X01 drivetrain and replaced it with Shimano XT which is my favourite and easiest to keep running well. I use chain wax (Squirt) rather than lube, so it doesn’t pick up grit and dirt
Rear Derailleur Shimano XT M8100 12 SPD
Shifter Shimano SLX M7100 12 SPD
Cassette Shimano XT M8100 12 SPD 10-51T
Chain Shimano XT M8100 12 Speed Chain
Crankset Shimano XT M8100 170mm Cranks with 34T XT M8100 Chainring

I upgraded to Hope BB and Heaadset as the stock ones were pretty useless at keeping out British weather
Bottom Bracket Hope Threaded 24mm 68/73
Headset Hope Integrated Headset

I’m taking the pictured Hope brakes off, so the bike will be supplied to you with the brand new, top of the line SRAM Code RSC brakes and Avid Rotors from my new bike when it arrives
Brakes NEW SRAM Code RSC
Brake Rotors NEW Avid Centerline 200mm

Bars Santa Cruz AM Carbon Bar 35×800 Very stiff and light
Stem Race Face Aeffect R 50mm
Grips Santa Cruz Palmdale Grips
Front Hub DT 350 15×110 28H
Rear Hub DT 350 148×12 28H Micro Spline I changed out the freehub from XD to Micro Spline when I switched to the Shimano drivetrain and it works very well. It’s the DT Swiss Ratchet system type
Rims Race Face ARC Offset 30 27.5″ Rims
Spokes DT Competition (28)
Front Tire Maxxis Assegai, 27.5″x2.5″ Really good. This was the first winter where I didn’t change the front tyre to a Shorty as the Assegai was so grippy
Rear Tire Maxxis Assegai, 27.5″x2.5″
Tubes Stans Sealant
Chainguide & Bashguard E13 TRS+ 1x Guide ISCG05 Has a new-ish guide installed
Seat Post KS Lev Integra 150mm Very good and the cable actuation is easier to keep running than a hydraulic Reverb. I keep the air pressure high as I like the seat to come up snappy! No bounce in the post at all
