I’ve gone 650b plus so no need for this anymore.

It’s a Pro-build front wheel, with a Chosen hub and Alex Volar 2.3 rim. These are cheap but tough and reliable wheels that Merlin Cycles have been selling for ages:

The hub has sealed bearings and is 15mm non-boost. The rim is 23mm internal width, tubeless ready and taped up nicely.

It’s barely been used so is straight and spinning smoothly. It’s also had the decals removed.

The price doesn’t include postage but I’m willing to go halves on that :-)
