If you’ve been tempted by a Specialized Turbo Kenevo before but put off by the price tag, this model could be the one for you. Retailing at £7000, the Kenevo SL Comp is in a slightly more realistic price range for most of us. Not dissimilar from its Kenevo SL counterpart, but slightly more affordable than the £12,500, £8750 or £6500 frame-only option. This version of the bike retails at £7000.
With six different sizes, 170mm suspension, 29″ wheels, a 250-watt motor and a 320Wh battery, this model is available in two colours and can be found online and in stores from this month.

Motor and Hub
The Turbo Kenevo Super Light motor/controller system is a full integration of the bike’s 250-watt motor and 320Wh battery with a radically advanced and seamlessly integrated controller. Our next-generation TCU2 is your information hub, with customizable display fields including the exact percentage of battery level, and features our all-new, bar-mounted MicroTune function to adjust power delivery in 10% increments, so you get exactly the support you need to experience precisely the ride you want.
Handling
29” wheels front and rear deliver a nimble ride that carves circles around other full-power e-MTBs. A generous cockpit centres you on the bike, optimizing traction and corner control. The low bottom bracket, slack headtube angle and reduced fork offset keep things stable in the rough.
Kenevo SL Comp Geometry
The Turbo Kenevo Super Light geometry can be fine-tuned for wherever and however you ride. Six distinct geometry settings allow easy adjustment to hone performance in any terrain. Head angle can be adjusted between 63 and 65.5 degrees. Bottom bracket height can be fine-tuned up or down by 7mm. We’ve never made a more adjustable, adaptable trail bike.
Travel
The Turbo Kenevo Super Light’s 170mm of Enduro-inspired travel is supple on small bumps. It devours square-edged hits without a twitch, eats massive G-outs for breakfast, yet still offers amazing pedal response and delivers your power to the ground with total efficiency.
Kenevo SL Comp Sizing
The Turbo Kenevo Super Light’s S-Sizing is based on what matters—rider size and style, not inseam. Six sizes, all with similar headtube lengths and standover, allow you to choose the size that best suits you. Smaller S-Size numbers are going to be nimble and more flickable, while bigger S-Sizes deliver more stability and a roomier ride.

Looks a good option for the price, but still not sure about the appetite for folk buying a full on enduro bike with such a limited battery and motor output, any time i see folk on kenevo’s they want to do plummet and drop days, it’ll be a bit disappointing if you are out with mates with twice the battery and over twice the assistance, range extender is just an additional faff at best.
£7k is now a cheap end bike. FFS It’s madness.

£7k just proves Specialized are price gouging on other models e.g. the £6500 frame only option.
The £6.5k frame only is for the S-Works carbon frame. It’s the top of the line frame.
The prices are indeed eye watering but cheaper bikes are available too.
@agree . I have the levo SL, base model, the smaller battery + small smaller motor will still give you great range, but also its enough to get up any hill. It’s not a free effortless ride up… but its better than nowt, or paying for uplifts, or sweating your balls off.
The range extender battery is great… no faff, it means you can take another half a tank with you.
There is something like a 4kg saving over the full powered variation… that is a good weight saving.
I think Spec have nailed it with this halfway E segment.
