Very, VERY reluctant sale, but with the kids getting bigger, bike storage space is at a premium and this isn’t getting used.
So, what have we got? An ultra rare Klein Attitude Disc Warranty frame from ~2005. These were the frames offered by Klein when either an XX or an XV frame failed. They’re very rare and sport a unique chromaflair purple/green flip paint (like TVRs used to sport). This is a medium, 17.5” frame and would likely fit someone upto 5’11”. Laser cut frame markings. These are cut through the final paint and then lacquered over. Sparkling silver (see pics)
The frame is in great used condition but does have some marks, mainly from storage, (left chainstay outer – pictured) but also some light scuffing to the top tube. I am the only owner.
The bike has an excellent spec:
DT Swiss 100mm carbon XMM carbon forks
XTR 3×9 drivetrain (XT front mech)
Raceface Deus XC crankset
2006 Chris King pretty in pink hubs, DT Revolution spokes, Stans Olympic rims, all setup tubeless.
Hope Tech 2 E4 brakes with 180/160 floating rotors and goodridge carbon braided hoses (pretty much disappears from view when viewed against the frame and fork)
Chris King silver headset,
Bontrager Carbon stem,
Race Face carbon bars,
Thomson Masterpiece seatpost,
Hope seat clamp.
DMR v8 or v12 pedals (I can’t remember which)
Everything works, suspension, brakes shifting, tubeless, everything.
I’d prefer collection from near Bath or could meet up, but will post if required.
I would split, but only if the frame is sold first.
No silly offers, if I split the bike, I’ll get more than the asking price.
