Making A Purchase Buying Singletrack Propaganda is pretty straight forward. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard and all transactions are processed via our Paypal secure payment system. The cost of your order is deducted from your payment card or from your Paypal account as soon as you confirm the order. This is a far more secure way of operating as your credit card details are erased as soon as your card is authorised. Your credit card details are not left on any system hosted by us after you have paid for your order. We will despatch your order as soon as possible once your card is authorised.

Shipping And Handling Post and packing is charged at cost price of the stamps and the packing we use to send you your order but has a ceiling of £6.

Delivery Schedule Please note that we are a small outfit and our main role in life is to publish a magazine about mountain bikes. Our merchandise sales supplement the cost of doing that. We cannot promise Amazon style service in delivery times and you should allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders are processed twice weekly and despatched as soon as possible therafter. It's a bit shonky for sure, especially in these times of 'order by 5pm get it tomorrow' services but there you go. That said, we do promise satisfaction with everything you buy from us. What we lack in shonky delivery times we make up for in quality of product. If you are not happy with anything you buy from us then we will replace it or refund you on its return, no questions asked. This is in addition to your statutory rights etc blah la-di-da. If you need to get in touch with us then please bear in mind that although email is more convenient for many it is not the best way to chase up your order with us. The simple fact is that as a publisher of a magazine with limited staff we get literally thousands of emails every week from all quarters or the bike industry and we have found that while we do have a very high hit rate with emails, sometimes they slip through the net and get missed or filtered. If you don't get a reply to your email please don't think we are ignoring you as we always try to reply to order queries within 24 hours (except weekends cos we is riding bikes). Back Orders If your item is not in stock the system will burp and you will get a message indicating that you can't place an order for that item just yet.

Credit Card Security Credit cards are processed by Paypal using the very latest security wotsits. Even we don't get to see your card details. You DO NOT need a paypal account to make a purchase as Paypal will also process payments by credit/debit cards. If you prefer to use the phone and place your order with a real person we will use the facilities Paypal to process your payment. Again in the vast number of cases we will enter your details, including payment card details, directly ino the secure syetems provided to us by Paypal. In very rare instances we may take down your details and process your payment shortly after. In such cases as soon as your card has been authorised all record of your card details are then securely shredded. Privacy Policy Singletrack Magazine do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Card details are only ever written down in the cases of telephone orders and even then only rarely. Even so, they are securely destroyed as soon as the transaction is complete. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with anything you buy from us we will refund you in full on its return or exchange it within 1 month from the time of purchase. If you change your mind you can return anything you have purchased from us within 2 weeks of the date of purchase for a full refund, or you can call us on 01706 814397 to cancel an order at any time. Items returned must be in a saleable condition. The choice is yours. With a subscription to Singletrack magazine we will refund any part of a subscription that has yet to be delivered if you choose to cancel for any reason. For example: If you receive 3 issues of your subscription and choose to cancel with 5 issues remaining we will refund you pro-rata for the 5 issues. In short you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will only have paid for the copies you actually recieved up until that point.
