Pendle Wheel Support Bike Rack
When it comes to bombproof bike racks the Pendle wheel support rack takes some beating. We opted for the Type Approval two bike model which attaches to your car by way of a plate that bolts behind a two bolt tow bar. Each bike sits in two D-loops which hold its wheels while a vertical bar provides a fixing point for the seat tube too.

Having had a Pendle before these are very similar but better in every way and cheaper. Stronger, a proper bike retention system and much more solid. The website isn’t great but call the guy up and he’s really good.

been toying with the idea of lashing out 400 notes on the Thule G5, may have to consider this one me thinks!
Been using Pendle racks for over 10 years. Still the best overall.
If anyone is interested, we recently updated this rack. It is now painted silver with black fittings, has a more modern looking light unit and we made it a little easier to use.
