A got a tub of this flavour at last years K100, horrid! All the other flavours were available at the water/feed stations during the race (and were generally well recieved) but it looked like they had stacks of this one left over.
Nothing like a good advertorial! Standards are falling!
Unlike other leading energy drinks it contains dairy products
Looks like Hope bike cleaner?
You need to check the science
“The drink uses the 4:1 ratio for carbs to protein, which has been studied widely in the sports nutrition world, and it is accepted that the addition of protein to a fuelling drink helps during exercise”
Is not backed by much worthwhile reseearch that says its any good for us.
