Hi all, iv lost all rebound damping on my 2014 55cr’s and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
Its the second time its happened now in the space of a week.
I bought the forks new and they were set at 170mm travel, i found this to be too much for my stumpy evo so took them apart to fit the travel spacer and they were fine for about 4 months then after a big hit they lost all rebound damping so i stripped them and bled the rebound cartridge and rebuilt them and they felt like they did when they were new. Today the same thing has happened again.
Will my warrenty be void as i have had them apart?
Tbh i was never all that impressed with the rebound on the fork as it felt to fast even with dial set in the slowest position.
Just wondered what peoples thought are on this.
    Cheers Ian

Warranty should be fine. Doesn’t sound right the rebound range should be quite wide. I would give Windwave a call.
