Creg, excuse the delay in response, first shot is on Cavehill, overlooking Belfast, only photoshopping was very basic levels and sharpening and a crop. Oh, it needed some spots removed where the flashes lit up the mud spraying off the tyres. Two off camera flashes lit the rider, underexposed background to make him "pop" a little more.
Second one is Portmuck on Islandmagee in Norn Irn. Mostly done in camera, ND grad and polarizer involved, then upped the saturation to make it look like I remembered
