My nephew has just picked up a 2009 575 frame but came without a shock. Manual says 200*50mm but they seem scare on eBay.

Anyone know if it will work ok with a 200*57mm as loads of them about?

Andrew knows everything there is to know regarding Yeti’s.

200mm is the eye to eye center length and 50/57mm is the shock stroke. The extra 7mm stroke may cause part of the rear triangle to impact the front triangle. Did the 2009 575 have the carbon seatstays with a brace running between them near the seat tube?

Edit: According to Google it did so it’d be this part I’d be worried about impacting the seat tube with a longer stroke shock.
