    I’ve fitted two pet-friendly PIRs but the control panel won’t recognise them when in “learn” mode. Can anyone help?

    Did you get the DVD with the unit ? Its way better than the paper manual , go there first .
    I take it you went through the normal set up procedure , pulled the tabs out to arm the batteries etc? Did the PIR’s beep ever? I take it these are add on PIRs and not the original ones ?
    Got the DVD next to me now , for the 62/63 / 6400 and am having a duvet day ( ebaying stuff ) if your still stuck.

    Dont know what to suggest apart from a full reset and go from the begining

    Yale’s customer services were brilliant when I was setting mine up. I’d call them and they will walk you through it all.
