Fitted with no faff at all. Not sure about

    1) Does anyone bother wiring up the caliper bolts? I've never seen that before. I mean the instructions suggest you torque them up to 8nm so I can't see them unscrewing! Never done that on my avids and it's the same mounting system.

    2) What does the servo wave screw do (didn't get a manual for the levers). Okay I know what it does, I just don't know which way to turn it

    3) Do the pads need bedding in like any other system? Just heat them up on some sprints/hard breaking.

    4) The tabs on the rotors. Never seen that before, but seems a good idea. But really low torgue compared to Avid on the rotor bolts. No one's had any fall out have they?

    Thanks.

    1. No (though for the lawyers, obviously on your own head be it…)
    2. turn it both ways and see which you prefer 🙂
    3. I reckon bedding in is a myth…
    4. Doubt it – they're threadlocked anyway aren't they?

Rotor bolts can only take low torque as the are made of Dairylea.

first of all, that is 4 questions 😆

    1) I Don't
    2) No idea, havent touched it since ive had the brakes (2 years)
    3) Just the norm. First ride will do it, as long as it isn't a mud fest as they may wear out a lot quicker
    4) Don't use a torque wrench so just normal hand tight. Never ever had a problem!

    Cheers Hora. Useful.

Yeah they are threadlocked. The caliper bolts aren't but they might be in a few minutes 🙂
