    I am replacing a set of XT 765 brakes with some new 775's. Will these pads fit the 775's ?

    The shimano tech docs seem to suggets the same pads fit both calipers and I have a few sets in my spares box

    I'm pretty sure that SLX/XT/XTR pad designs are the same and are interchangable.
    I've certainly bought pads of the same design and they have all fit.

    Yep have both on my bike. Same pads fit both!

    You might want to consider superstar kevlar pads. Im VERY impressed with mine so far. Still cheaper than Shimano ones too!
