Call me Mr Organised, but Xmas is on its way.

My Brother in Law has taken up motorcycling this year, and it the proud owner of a HD Sportster Iron 883.

OK, so the bike’s probably not to everyone’s taste.

But, what would be a good Xmas gift for circa £40? Not being a biker myself there’s so much tat out there that I’d probably pick something rubbish.

    Ta.

Was going to suggest water proof socks but seeing as it’s a HD it probably won’t see the rain, how about some leather tassels and a bandana!

I might have found the answer myself:

Do they do them in pink?

OK, tyre repair kit’s a good one. Any more?

Tube neck warmers are good, great pulled over your mouth, I used to get sore teeth with the cold wind, or a visor cleaning kit for getting off bugs

For similar reasons as above I guess hot grips are probably superfluous.

As a v v recent bike licence holder, on my list of wants right now are:

Pin lock DIY (universal) for my cheapo helmet
Some kevlar lined jeans (prob too £ for you)
And a rainproof “onesie”, but again prob not necc for your B-i-L if he isnt going out in the rain like what I do.

Smaller stuff like nikwax visor clear, another buff, a little stick on LED clock for the console (how ******* cheapskate of bike manufacturers that they dont put one on the dash?!?)

    pinlock visor insert +1
Depending on the type of visor you might be able to get him a tinted or mirrored visor, great for sunny days.
Mouldex ear plugs so he doesn’t end up deaf.
    Gloves are always good.
