Hi Guys

I have been playing CIV2 on my old PS1 for about 10 years now, indoors i also have an original XBOX, an N64, a SNES. Now my technology loving friend has made me aware of the existence of Civilisation Revolution???? on the XBOX 360. The missus is even offering to pay half if i want it, (think she feels guilty for not letting me out cos she is preggers and then falling asleep all evening every evening)

Anyone played it? Worth the money??

I’ve only played the demo but it seemed fun, seemed to be quicker paced than all of the previous versions. Will probably get around to getting it when I have more spare time. Review below seems to rate it although it does suggest that it forces you to play like a neo con.

Civ revolution review

I like it on PS3, it’s simplified and sped up (thankfully) but you’re still talking 6hrs+ for a game on Emperor mode.

Don’t know about neocon, but if you try to mind your own business all the AI Civs will just attack you or try to extort money or tech anyway.
