The Clent duffers,rimmers, mincers and fisting association are having another lycra clad mud wrestle in the depths of the wyre. All pillow biters welcome. 7PM from the Duke William pub. PLease bring your own handcuffs, clearly lablled. (We have a few spare restraints, but not enough to go round.)

Terrible.
I was suffering badly with heatstroke up the hills.
Downhill, I was blinded by the clouds of dust.
And to top it all, I've got sunburn on the back of my neck.
