  • Wyre Forest Mini Stinger – easy or tough?

    Just been entered into doing the mini stinger which is 113km.
    Have a bit of a dodgy lower back that starts to give me grief after a couple of hours. anyone done this ride before? Is it a bit of a killer for lower backs?
